AC-101 is a highly concentrated acid-based cleaner formulated to remove mineral deposits, scale and milkstone from food processing equipment.

AC-101 provides economical dilution rates, and it will inhibit microbial growth by leaving the surface pH at 2 or lower.

AC-101 is a professional-strength cleaner, yet will not harm stainless steel equipment. It is formulated to work fast and does not exhibit any offensive fumes.
