Inside Sales Coordinator

About the Opportunity

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will have numerous opportunities to make a major impact with our organization. Inside Sales Coordinators partner with our outside sales team in setting the introductory appointments with prospective customers. Meyer’s sales success has been built through sales of our products and implementation of our unmatched service commitment to industrial accounts such as manufacturing, distribution, and flexographic printing facilities. Meyer Laboratory encourages self motivation and we are looking for individuals who are interested in long-range career growth and have the strategic ability to plan for their futures. The goal: to assist in the growth of your assigned territories using our proven system which secures opportunities for the outside sales representative to sell the highest quality products in the industry, find solutions to customers’ problems and establish and maintain long-term customer relationships. Our representatives take a consultative approach which looks at ways to increase productivity, reduce labor, reduce chemical costs and provide safer work environments for our customers. Growth is more than just adding new accounts! Growth of your reps territory includes maintaining, up-selling and building relationships with existing customers in addition to opening new business, which provides an opportunity for continuous growth in profits.

Value Added Selling

We will provide you with the absolute BEST outside sales team, products, support and training in the industry. It's your challenge to secure the introductory appointments. Value added selling is a proactive philosophy of seeking ways to enhance our solutions for the customer. Through our consultative approach, the Meyer sales representative is able to create value that goes beyond the cost of our product which allows us to regularly meet and exceed the customer's expectations.

We have developed an effective training program tailored around the day-to-day activities that will ensure your success. The initial full week training program consists of hands on phone training and classroom style training. Our commitment to you is to continue to develop products, programs and services that will lead to a higher degree of job satisfaction and individual growth.
