Mini IH Blending System

MEYER LABORATORY’S Mini IH System automatically mixes liquid cleaning concentrates with water and dispenses the diluted solution into any container (auto scrubber, mop buckets, buddy jugs, etc.) The Mini IH resolves many concerns associated with using bulk concentrates:
  Product Delivery, Freight and Storage Cost:

Concentrated cleaners like most facilities currently use, are typically 85% water and only 15% active material. Instead of shipping concentrates with water, Meyer Laboratory ships the active material without the water. Meyer Laboratory's Drum-in-the-Box concept allows us to ship smaller quantities of active materials that are water free. The active ingredients are shipped in boxes, which takes up less storage space than drums or totes – and allows cost savings associated with freight charges.

Measuring or Mixing Ready-To-Use Solution:

Our Mini IH will mix the concentrated material to the desired end-use solution ratio at a consistent level. Automatic dilution with the Mini IH takes out the variability of the cleaning system, so the concentrated cleaning product consistently delivers maximum performance.

No Up-Front Equipment & Product Costs:

The equipment is provided on loan. Further, it is serviced and maintained on a monthly basis at No Charge to the customer. The product is shipped on consignment, and Meyer Laboratory only bills the customer for the amount of product that is used on a monthly basis. The Mini IH has a non-adjustable meter, and a monthly meter reading is made by your Meyer Representative and a customer employee. The customer is notified of the meter reading and cost associated with the chemical usage via a written Sales Order and Service Report.

Eliminates Employee Contact with Concentrated Material:

From a safety aspect, the customer’s employees are no longer in contact, or mix, the concentrated product. The Mini IH handles these needs and allows for enhanced employee safety.

 

IH Mini Tote Dispensing System

The MINI IH BLENDING SYSTEM (shown with 275-gallon Tote of Chemical Concentrate). The Mini IH simply requires hook-up to a water supply to provide ready-to-use product for use in auto scrubbers or mop buckets.

 


In-House Training, Customer Service & Problem Solving:

Job specific training and services are tailored to the customer's needs, and handled by your Meyer Sales Representative. All Training is documented, and helps the Customer meet OSHA regulations dealing with the training of Employees on proper usage of and precautions when using our chemical products.

Increased Employee Productivity:

Manual mixing of concentrates with water is time consuming and imprecise. With the Mini IH, all it takes is the turn of a knob to receive the correct amount of diluted end-use solution. Time saved in transporting and mixing chemicals is spent in actual productive activities.

Eliminate Drum Disposal Costs:

With the Mini IH, the drum disposal cost is zero. The same drum is used over and over. The Drum-in-the-Box concept allows Meyer to re-use the drum.
