Meyer Laboratory’s NEW QUIK-FILL Blending System (QF) is for high-volume dispensing and allows end-users to dispense ready-to-use cleaners and degreasers up to 40 gallons per minute (gpm). The QF System is accurate, cost efficient, safe and easy to use. Dollars are saved on Labor and Chemical Costs, due to improved product performance resulting from accurate dilutions. Additionally, the high-flow capability of the system is ideal for companies using large capacity auto scrubbers - by reducing fill time.

The QUIK-FILL System incorporates a Hydrominder, which automatically proportions and controls the liquid level in any reservoir with consistently mixed solution. When the solution level drops to a pre-determined level - the Hydrominder’s magnetic float valve opens, which allows the water to flow through the feed line. The water flow siphons the chemical concentrate into the water stream, and the ready-to-use chemical fills the Holding Reservoir. When the reservoir reaches the preset fill level - the Hydrominder shuts off the water supply.The final concentration of the dispensed liquid that the Hydrominder can deliver is related to the size of the metering tip opening, inlet water pressure and viscosity of the liquid concentrate being siphoned. A metering tip chart, based on 40 psi for water thin products comes with each Hydrominder.

The QUIK-FILL System is compatible with all of Meyer Laboratory’s chemical mixing systems, such as the IH and Mini IH Blending Systems. Further, it can be used in conjunction with other dispensing systems, such as 1PMS, so that the customer can use same station to fill mop buckets, spray bottles, etc., at lower flow rates. This allows safe handling of the ready-to-use chemical for all employees.

Meyer’s QUIK-FILL Blending System is ideal for high flow applications in facilities using large capacity auto scrubbers or multiple auto scrubbers that need to be filled fast and often. The QF System allows employees to fill the scrubbers quickly & easily.
